🎓 How to Register with EMA or Scholarship Funds

Great news! ✨ Exploring Cosmetology is an approved EMA provider.
This means students can use their homeschool, charter school, or scholarship funds to enroll in our courses.

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Request Funds Through Your EMA/Scholarship Portal

Log in to your funding portal (such as ClassWallet, Step Up for Students, or your charter school’s vendor directory).
Search for Exploring Cosmetology (our approved vendor name).
Select the course you want and submit a funding request.

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Payment

Once your request is approved, EMA/your scholarship program will pay us directly.
You’ll get a confirmation email from your funding provider.

Step 3: Register Your Student

After funding is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions from us with a special EMA registration link.

This link allows you to enroll your student in the course without paying through our site.
Once enrolled, you’ll get access to:
- Our program classroom portal
- Zoom links for live sessions
- Google Classroom for resources & assignments

Step 4: Get Ready for Class 🎉

You’ll receive a Welcome Email with your student’s course details.
Classes will appear on your Program Dashboard at ExploringCosmetology.com.

✨ FAQ

Q: What if my funding hasn’t been approved yet?
A: We cannot grant course access until funds are approved. Please complete the request in your portal first.

Q: Can I combine self-pay with EMA funds?
A: Yes! Families may self-pay while waiting for approval or to cover additional courses.

Q: Do I need a coupon code?
A: Only if instructed. In most cases, we’ll send you a direct enrollment link once your EMA payment is confirmed.
